Beach Apartment

You will find the Beach Apartment, with its spectacular views of the Bay of Fundy right at waters edge. Housed in the same building as the Schnitzelhaus, with its own private entrance and the restaurant closing at 8pm, this bright seaside apartment is built for peace and tranquility.

The Beach Apartment will accommodate up to 6 people ( approx. 800 square feet ) and has all the amenities of home: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, etc. (picture: kitchen)

Head out to enjoy your huge waterfront sun deck through one of two sets of french doors.

At the end of the day, choose from any of the 3 bedrooms and their king, queen, single sized beds or cots. Cable TV and WiFi make the time pass quickly on a rainy day.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- 15% Harmonized Sales Tax added
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, sorry, no personal cheques accepted
- Holiday weekends (Canada Day and Labour Day) require full payment be made at time of booking
- Any reservation up to 4 days will be charged the full amount at time of booking, 5 nights or more requires a 40% deposit at booking with the remainder to be charged 4 week prior to arrival
- Cancellations made 4 weeks in advance will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee, 7 - 29 days in advance will receive a credit towards a future stay, less than 7 days notice will receive no refund
- There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals
- Play pens available upon request (please advise when booking)
- Inquire about accommodation with pets
- Check in time is between 3 pm and 7 pm in the schnitzelhaus (no later), check out time 10 am
- Smoking is permitted outside on the cottage veranda only
- Wireless high speed Internet available at the Admiral B&B and in the Schnitzelhaus Restaurant
- Public telephone in village, which accepts Visa and Mastercard
