Canada Day and Labour Day weekends require a full payment at the time of reservation and are a minimum of 3 night stay. |
>up tp 3 night stays are charged 100% immediately at the time of booking. >4 nights plus stays require a 20% deposit at the time of reservation (Cash, Visa or MasterCard). All credit card reservations are processed when the reservation is made. The other 80% are due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. > $50 security deposit payable in CASH at time of check-in. Deposit will be forfeited when things are damaged or dirty beyond normal usage. |

14 days in advance receive a full refund (less $10.00 processing fee)
Cancellations 7 - 13 days in advance receive a credit toward another stay. Shorter cancellations receive no refund! |
