Oceanus

You will find the charming Oceanus cottage in the enviable location of being right on the harbour and right on the beach.

Relaxing has never been easier than when done from the comfort of a seaside sunroom (but if you can't tear yourself away from the outside world, bring your laptop to the Schnitzelhaus, we offer free wireless internet service).

Oceanus will accommodate up to 6 people and has all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen with everything needed (e.g. stove, fridge, coffeemaker, etc.) to enjoy any meal you can whip up. You will also find a water cooler for drinking water (the taps dispense salt water - we told you it was charming!) Enjoy the outside campfire grill, shared with Nautilus cottage, and bring your own charcoal for the best steak you ever had on the ocean!
The weathered wood floors and large open stone fireplace will envelop you with a feeling of warmth and coziness while you sink into the furnishings to relive the magic of the day with family and friends, or simply enjoy the satellite TV.
At the end of the day, climb the stairs and sink into either the queen sized or antique double bed, both made up with the dream inducing linens you would expect. For the truly seaworthy experience try the queen sized bed in the sunroom.

We offer breakfast for only $5.99 at the restaurant from 8.00am-9.00am. Breakfast includes coffee/tea, juice, bread, butter, jam, hard boiled egg and french crepe.

Breakfast must be reserved at the time of booking the cottage. This is a special! It is our 10 year anniversary!!!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
- Rates are based on double occupancy and season
- Breakfast available upon reservation only
- 13% Harmonized Sales Tax added
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Interac or Cash, sorry, no personal cheques accepted
- Holiday weekends (Canada Day and Labour Day) require full payment be made at time of booking
- Any reservation up to 3 days will be charged the full amount at time of booking, 4 nights or more requires a 40% deposit at booking with the remainder to be charged 4 week prior to arrival
- Cancellations made 4 weeks in advance will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee, 7 - 29 days in advance will receive a credit towards a future stay, less than 7 days notice will receive no refund
- There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals
- Play pens available upon request (please advise when booking)
- Inquire about accommodation with pets
- Check in time is between 3 pm and 7 pm in the schnitzelhaus (no later), check out time 10 am
- Smoking is permitted outside on the cottage veranda only
- Free wireless high speed Internet available at the Admiral B&B and in the Schnitzelhaus Restaurant
